Pros
Two weeks paid vacation after one year, three weeks after two years, four weeks after five years. Obtainable monthly bonus.
Cons
Health benefit extremely expensive, and next to worthless. Vision and dental even worse. While a majority of General Managers are extremely confident and fair there are a handful that have no business being in that position. They created tension, and havoc during peak hours when under stress, huge amounts of favoritism among staff, and no consistency in disciplinary actions from individual to individual.
