Pros

Great people and very fast cooks. Employees that stick around a long time and are willing to do anything you ask of them.

Cons

Always, the hours, the expectations when they change a system ot implement a new menu which seems to be every other month. Working on days off and not being compensated. The people who cheat the system seem to get higher up in the company.

Pros

Discounts make the food cheap happy hour networking with regulars, who offer you jobs good hourly wage , when you can actually get hours pretty easy to get a shift covered good snack food fun place to hang out

Cons

the hour cuts( meaning a half hour shift) the management is very hypocritical. some of the managers do not when to draw the line with profesionalism at the workplace they will not fire anyone, they will just not schedule them managers rules always seem to conflict managers full comp unhappy guest because of the hour cuts the place I work at is so mismanaged. I had to do things outside of my job description because other people were not doing their jobs employees all get along, but nobody ever helps each other out. turnover and overhiring managements incentive for a bonus if they keep hours low
