      Pros

      I had really great coworkers which made me love my job a little bit more than usual. Management was extremely nice and loved to joke around and have fun. Also knew when to draw the line.

      Cons

      Because it is not a high end restaurant, some customers might stiff you on the tip. That ended up being the reason I quit. I felt like I wasn't be appreciated for the hard work that I put in. You'll find that some people think that they're better than you even though I have a college degree.

      You can network with people who work elsewhere to find another job.

      Cons

      Despite how much they hound you to keep the place clean, they only actually pay attention to the people they don't like. Their favourite waiters and waitresses can get away with murder. The place is constantly dirty, dining room and kitchen. Management doesn't know the meaning of "unbiased". They also don't understand the concept of giving the same amount of respect to your employees that you wish to receive in return. There is no such thing as teamwork, and you actually get punished for helping out servers in other sections who are swamped. The hostesses they hire can't manage sections to save their souls, and management expects you to be fine with not having a single table for two hours then all of a sudden getting sat with 5 tables in a row because they filled up their "favourite" waitress' section first. I cannot emphasise enough that they play favourites! If you're not one of them, then you're treated like the dirt under their shoes. Don't work here if you have any other option.

      Pros

      Cash money every night Get to meet lots of people. Sometimes beneficial, sometimes not. Dynamic work environment Fast paced environment

      Cons

      Management sucks. They care about nothing but themselves The money varies. Favoritism plays a huge role in the politics there.
