Pros

Good pay compared to other restaurants in the area. Managers strive to maintain a teamwork mentality. For the most part, the kitchen crew works as a team on the night shift. Managers will jump in and help cook when it's real busy. Good training and processes.

Cons

Long hours. Do not rely on your scheduled shift end time. Turn-around is terrible. It has been a struggle to keep good help in BOH and FOH.

Pros

It was a job where I had flexible hours and I could work around my other employment and take time off when needed.

Cons

They were too focused on selling and upselling alcohol, Jell-O shots, extra toppings, etc, rather than hiring and training quality staff and running the restaurant properly.

Pros

great training and gets your foot in the door for any other restaurant you may want in the future. Employees get discounted meals during their shifts. Sections are easy to remember and its easy to fit in.

Cons

Management could be better, easy to get hours but also easy to lose them by being cut early due to the restaurant being slow. Not a great place to make money if you're supporting a family. hard to balance work and life because not a lot of people are willing to help you out especially if you're sick or need off.
