Pros
$5 off meal when you work, $10 off meal when you double, $10 off meal when you are in training and when you train new hosts, make great friends while working, not much else
Cons
poor management, rough crowds on weekends, not easy to become a server, if anything bad happens it falls back on the hosts i remember servers telling guests that the reason why the place was falling apart was because of the hosts, servers will yell at you when you seat them with people they feel will tip inadequately, drama (which is somewhat expected)
