Hard to request time off, management is unorganized. Can be scheduled for 2 double shifts a week, if you request time off your likely to get the same time off next week because most of the time they just copy and paste the schedule from the previous week

The culture is horrible. Little or no training. Tenured employees have no patience or desire to train new staff. Upper management cares little about employee advancement or mentoring, unless they have a management slot that they need to desperately fill, which, with the turn over rate, seems to be constant. Management in place is rude and disrespectful to the staff. 90% of the staff dislikes the way they are treated here.
