      Pros

      decent prices, good tips, ok management, fun environment

      Cons

      servers are rated by their ability to sell special items, like certain promos or draft beer. this can sometimes feel like you're a salesman in addition to a server and can negatively affect tips. not a lot of room for advancement or growth.

      Pros

      Good balance of family work. I can usually get time off with proper planning (1 month advance notice is a long time to plan ahead, but it works if you want to take the time off).

      Cons

      As with many food chains, it is always a challenge to retain good help while paying the lowest wage possible. I wish I could pay the help more. It would make my job easier and reduce turnover.

      The benefits are great. Four weeks of vacation a year for every manager even starting out.

      Cons

      Not a lot of money given. Bonuses are harder to come by and it seems they make it harder
