Pros

Can be good money if you get closing shifts. Managment within the store is very good about working with your schedule and providing support.

Cons

District Manager is totally detached from what is happening from within the restaurant and doesn't give store managment a chance to make decisions for themselves, micromanages way too much and is only in the store about once a week. Used to be a fun place to work, contests are NEVERENDING, they used to have them once in a while which was fun and now it's all the time. Too much weight given to the secret shopper reviews, some times they are useful, many times the secret shopper needs to be informed on how to do their job but the blame ends up falling into your lap.

Pros

being able to meet new people and customers. getting to interact with some customers can make your day and make time go by faster.

Cons

when asking for shifts, they are not given as needed. when you are given a compliment by a customer, is mostly goes unrecognized. they do not care about employees problems and usually have favoritism.
