      Fun Place to work

      Pros

      Great opportunity for advancement. Fast paced and exciting work place. Great money and a lot of flexibility on schedules and work experience.

      Cons

      Can not rely on income. Some coworkers can get quite angry at times. Some inappropriate relationships tend to happen. People often call in sick when they in fact are not ill.

      What you put in, you don't necessary get "back"

      Pros

      Career Growth opportunities as long as you are able to put in some (seriously) hard work. Was about to be promoted to Assistant Manager before I left.

      Cons

      If you're a hard worker they'll push you to do double shifts (10am to 6pm, then to midnight), ask you to come in early, you really got to be dedicated to move up.

      Pros

      It really depends on what kind of boss you get stuck with. They pay exceptionally well to deserving candidates, they are flexible in letting you take time off. Tonnes of applicants coming through the door.

      Cons

      Cheap and rude guests. Disconnect with the upper management, there's no one who would hear. Stressful when it gets busy.
