      Pros

      lots of friends.. managers are usually employees that just moved up so they are fun.... easy to maintain job the food becomes cheap :)

      Cons

      people don't take you seriously your income is based on what others feel like giving you managers usually suck have to work with a huge age range of kids

      Good pay The guests that come in are great When you need time off they will give it to you Great benifits package

      Cons

      Petty Drama Management plays favorites If you are not on their favorite list don't bother trying to work they will treat you like crap Your shifts are given to others without as much as a phone call No one comes to Applebees anymore

      IT's a nice place, with a very good atmosphere between staff team.... The manager is very friendly .... if you work like waiter you will get a lot of tips... and the salary it's not to bad, for example if you are waiter you will get like $5 So if you are looking for a job, you are lost, or you just want to eat, go in this place you will make a good choose, this is good place.

      Cons

      If you are not a waiter, then salary is too low. You will get paid better elsewhere. Not too much Cons.
