Pros

Managers that don't care about their jobs mean you can slack off. I worked for Potomac family Dining and the only good thing was clocking out every night.

Cons

Managers don't know what they are doing, area supervisors cussing at you and the president of the franchise doesn't respond to employee complaints until threatened with legal action

Pros

Teamwork is on a good level. You get used to people and it's never a dull moment. There's space to grow. You can work your way up easily if you work hard.

Cons

Pay and benefits could be better..

Very hands on if you like that. Fun atmosphere. Great systems to help you run the store.

Cons

Not enough labor for adequate staffing. Too many menu changes makes the brand lose identity.
