Applebee's offers plenty of advancement opportunities for employees that show strong managerial skills and punctuality. Basically, if you can do your job properly, show up every day and you're a decent, clean human you can advance quickly at Applebee's. At least 4 people I worked with chose to become managers within 5+ years at the company. Applebee's offers lucrative salaries, dental & vision insurance, 401k

I can only give my opinion based on my own unique experience and cannot guarantee that everyone will enjoy working here. Most restaurants have a significant amount of turn over which can be unfortunate when you really like the people you work with.
