Horrible management Zero hour contracts Treat staff horrible Offer no hours one week NEVER TAKE TIME OFF ILL disciplinary for nothing Staff always leaving and complaining No discount and no support You might do all the hours in the world and get no respect for it

In some of the bigger sites there is room for progression within the company.

Cons

Zero staff benefits. Do not even get a free coffee or tea. Pay stays at minimum wage no matter how long you are there. Unsociable hours, weekends off are very rare. Managers do not respect staff, no positive feedback given, no training. Staff are expected to pay for a drive off when they have little or not control. No canteen for staff and no facilities.
