Friendly people to work with At least it's some sort of income

Cons

Lazy managers No employee benefits Staff treated like slaves Staff turn over is not normal easily a new member of staff every 2 weeks Minimum wage Very demanding work Management leave you to do everything with very little help Horrible working hours, sometimes 16 hour shifts and you have to buy all your meals in work with no discount because you work through every meal time

Cons

Company isn't the best for staff. Site I worked at was not really safe. Manager and some members of staff are extremely difficult.

Great team Quiet location Not many customers

Cons

Terrible management, my manager quit and I had to step in as manager for 2 months in £13 per hour which is already low even for management pay. No discounts or staff benefits.
