Pros

Flexibility. Lot of opportunities to improve upon technically and functionally Lot of scope for development of one's skills understanding mid level managers and leads. Very good place to start career as ample opportunities are provided for growth. Great team bonding

Cons

Changes policies at their whim No proper communication system. No to so confidence inspiring leadership team. Less scope for role progress in offshore if you are manager or above. Too much of overhead team which is not involved in delivery but cost huge as most of them are paid in USD pay scale. One of the few companies to have 10hr work day (includes 1hr break time) whereas norm is 9hr workday (including 1hr break). Different cycles for merit (Apr-Mar) and variable pay (Jan-Dec)

This company is okay when it comes to learn and get up to speed with technology.

Cons

It used to be a good company but recently and maybe because of the new management in place, many management individuals became self centric.

Pros

Leadership is very supportive of employees, salary is great, benefits are definitely much better that most other companies of similar size, education reimbursement is perhaps the best benefit

Cons

Need to review their hiring practices, carefully review employment contracts and/or conflicts before hiring future employees
