I can only comment on the commercial business side. The project delivery is managed by multiple groups, no one group owns a project. There is COE group, Project Mgmt group and Sales teams. They bid aggressively to win, and their delivery team managed is full of old timers with not much of commercial enterprise experience. They plan and staff the project poorly, resulting in teams under lot of stress to deliver. In general, they are not able to utilize the opportunities they get from Oracle.

Internal communications are non-existent between ELT and employees. American jobs are being swapped for offshore regularly. Bonus pool is used to make up short falls resulting in no annual bonuses regularly. Raises keep getting scaled back every year to the point where even with a good performance review, you receive less than 2%. Projects are under staffed, and no work/life balance.
