Flexible work schedule to include Friday afternoons off. Low case size of patients allows time to individualize programming. Supportive colleagues who want to improve and an environment with multiple opportunities for professional growth.

Cons

Pay is average compared to other companies, but may be the balance in order for a flexible work schedule with low case load size.

Pros

Working at ABC is so rewarding. Being able to witness the improvements/growth each child makes here is incredible. It is amazing being able to come to work each day with like-minded people who are passionate about making a difference.

Cons

The beneifts are not geat. PTO could be better and we don't offer any sort of parental leave/short term disability.
