The best part of working at Applied Behavior Center is working with the children and watching them thrive and improve on life skills. Super rewarding career!! Management does listen to your concerns and tries to improve the work environment the best they can.

Cons

The couple cons I have are the insurance benefits are not great and would like a little more perks example more PTO.

Pros

I love helping people. This job allows me to do that. The reward you get with this job is seeing the smile on your patient's face and the families face when you tell them what they are doing. Applied Behavior Center for Autism has allowed me to grow as a person and help these patients grow as well. It is a great place to work!!!!

Cons

The only downside which is a stretch is the Healthcare benefits. Wish we had one that was in network with Dr.'s in our area.

great environment, bad benefits

each center I've been to has a great environment and the staff love the patients and the management is good.

Cons

benefits package. if you have a chronic illness or need to go to the doctor or get medication, you will be paying just about everything out of pocket.
