* Greenwood south management is wonderful * Make a different in kids lives * Pays better than most Aba companies near

Cons

* You have to wait 6 months to get PTO then you only get 5 days and 4 flex days ( just more PTO ) you also have to wait a year from your 6 months to get 5 more days off * You have to wait 90 days before you’re able to get the sign on bonus and if your kid misses or you’re sick they tack those days onto your 90 days. You also have to stay 90 days after you receive the bonus or you will have to pay it back * Closed on Black Friday and Christmas Eve but those are not paid * Typically NEVER get 40 hours a week * Only have ONE kid a day instead of the normal two kids a day * Training SUCKS * 3 strike policy. You got unpaid time but you’re not allowed to use that for call ins or you will get written up * No room for growth unless you decide to become a BCBA

Pros

The greenwood center is very supportive and our current (2021-2022) general manager and assistant manager are easily the best bosses I've ever had, but they are essentially human shields trying to protect the techs from the terrible management and ownership.

Cons

The owner has made most of the high level jobs her friends and family, has had them embezzle from the company or insurance (several of them) and then even rehired at least two of those people back. It's chaos and getting proper therapy materials replaced or approved is near impossible. Techs and BCBAs often buy materials themselves or thrift shop to try to make up for it and bring in new reinforcers for the kids.
