Pros

Excellent clinical team. Very low case load, BCBA to RBTs. RBTs have much support, including from a branch lead BCBA at every center. Much room for staff growth. Company is making investment in growing centers and increasing growth opportunities for staff. Management is making an investment to attract candidates where needed to support current centers. Pay is perhaps the best in the field. Best ABA company in Indiana.

Cons

Most staff are here for the patients and long-term career opportunities of this field. Yet some staff are here for themselves and exhibit a sense of entitlement without putting in the effort.
