Pros

The owner hired me and found the perfect fit for my talents and skills. Sherry is the first person I have worked for who has listened to me, evaluated my strengths, and then given me the reins to create something. At the same time that the BCBA’s and RBT’s work extremely hard implementing best ABA practices, the management staff are constantly trying to make our life better. This year the HR manager was able to decrease the health care costs significantly for my family. The CEO is approachable, listens, and takes action.

Cons

I would like to see the staff use more positive reinforcement.
