Pros

The therapists and RBTs are always happy to help each other out.

Cons

A week of PowerPoint videos and a week of shadowing is not sufficient training. The team leads like to pick and choose which rules to enforce and which people should follow them. Protocol for handling noncompliant behaviors is totally unclear, and you never know if you've made a mistake until you're getting a write-up. Had to pay for my own background check, and if you don't stay for 90 days you have to pay them back for training.
