Pros

Employees at ABC are some of the most compassionate people I have ever worked with! The heart for service exudes from the therapists and clinicians. It is amazing to see the transformations from our kiddos because of the tireless work of their therapists and clinician's here. Looking forward to more positive growth and moving in a good direction for all at ABC!

Cons

sporadic communication causes confusion - keep changes consistent

Pros

Little travel outside the clinic, the kids and families are great, some therapists work really hard, inner-office supports one another

Cons

The owner, the management, the training (or lack there of), no accountability for employees not doing their job, they are only in the field to make money

Working at ABC is a fulfilling career

Pros

Daily interaction with the staff and the patients. It is a Monday-Friday job with set hours leaving the weekend open for family time. The pay is competitive, offers insurance and 401K along with your holidays off.

Cons

It is tough witnessing one of the patients in a behavior.
