Worst CEO in HISTORY, Lies, Narcissistic, Micro Manger - Watch your back!!

The Company is great at the site levels and would be 5 stars if it wasn't for Corporate/CEO Site leadership, great GM's, great projects and teams at SITE level only. Huge comradery at site level, exciting meaningful work. Patriotic work saving lives, technological edge of aerospace, limitless opportunities if we are allowed to grow.
Cons
The new CEO (MD) is a narcissistic, micro manger with no strategic vision for the company. Previous CEO (DH) drove one site into the ground, the new CEO (MD) will drive ALL sites into the ground if he continues. He will lie to your face and always ensures he has a scape goat ready to take the fall. Don't know what he has over the AE board but they are blinded and don't see what is really happening at the sites. New CEO has no care for employees or the company itself. He has no strategic vision for the companies and sits back while everyone else works 24hrs/day. Corporate meanwhile keeps growing while he makes everyone else do meaningless work which is driving everyone crazy. Sites aren't allowed to hire what is needed. Doesn't hold himself to the 24hrs/day standard that he makes everyone else adhere to and the General Managers are suffering. We have yet to see anything meaningful from the CEO except he has the GM's living in meetings usually 4-6hrs a day (so no GMs are active at sites anymore). Talk to previous people that have worked for the CEO and the story is the same, watch your back. Every site is handcuffed and not able to function at the levels they need to and everyone is starting to leave or keeping their mouth shut buying time until we are sold and hopefully get a new CEO that cares for the company and the strategic vision of Applied Composites. Customers are starting to suffer which is a shame, we are loosing our responsiveness, technological advantage and reputation due to actions from current and previous CEO decisions. AE board needs to wake up, go the sites talk to where it happens to get the truth (with no repercussions) and eliminate the waste at corporate. There are a few that are good (HR/BD) but most are dead weight dragging us down. Everyone is too scared to speak up but MD is the CANCER of the company and needs to be removed.
