      Pros

      It is incredibly wonderful to FINALLY be working for a company that truly cares for it's employees. Management is cooperative and hand-on. always willing to lend a hand and help out. there's never any "that's not my job" here. Everyone is on the same team here, even when in a different department. The culture is supportive and positive. I'm never made to feel like just a number even though it is part of a corporation. Pay is excellent for the field I'm in. Plenty of room to grow. They understand that work-life balance is important to everyone and are willing to help us have a better balance.

      Pros

      - Decent benefits - Lots of learning opportunities - Interesting work

      Cons

      - Since the Lake Forest and Brea merger there has been an extreme amount of strain on all departments that is not sustainable at all. - Employee moral is extremely low. - There is an extreme amount of uncertainty around the future direction of the site, details seem to change on a month to month basis. - The site is beyond capacity to support all of the new parts from the merger, and it already was a tight ship prior to the merger. - The new CEO has not shown any effort to show face to the majority of employees. - Certain key employees get overworked until they burnout or leave for better opportunities. - Below market rate pay. - "Family style" environment that is alright when things are good and traumatic when things are bad.

      Pros

      Applied is growing and there is room for growth. Pay is competitive and benefit package is top-notch. Two weeks paid vacation accrued from day 1.

      Cons

      Only gives 3 days of sick time.
