Impressive amount of equipment for a small company (autoclaves, CNC, Quality Lab). Owner is amazingly knowledgeable when it comes to composites.

Cons

Lack of Trust from Ownership. Serious issues with Micro Management. No upward mobility. Pay is below market rate. Afraid to take risks to grow the business. Questionable future.

The good news is that ACE is clean and has a top notch facility, training, website, and fairly organized.

Cons

The OWNER Leigh Sargent - Very CHEAP, nice to you one second and will FIRE you the next! BIG TIME micro manager and like to snoop on your EVERY move - BEWARE!! That's all I have to say.

Spending Leigh Sargent's money, vacation time, sick time, and listening to other employees talk about how awful ACE is. ACE does have a nice Christmas Party!

Cons

Leigh Sargent is a terrible businessman. He micromanages, has no idea how to run a business effectively, and talks about employees to others when he should not talk about the issues. These are reasons ACE has such high turnover and employees don't like to work for him. One day you are an excellent employee and next you are fired. Employees don't know from one day to the next if they will have jobs. The only person who needs to go is LEIGH SARGENT!
