HR lady was nice, onboarding was smooth

Cons

No one on site has any clue what they’re doing. There is not one standard quality process in the building. It’s a bunch of engineers and technicians winging it to put drones together while Project Managers hover over like flies on crap.

Pros

Like most places there is always the good hearted people that really want to help and support. But they unfortunately get drowned out. Occasionally they have good events.

Cons

The structure is for PMs to be the group leads. But the entire team is the problem. Never met such a group of mentally unstable individuals. They berate, gossip and bully everyone. Especially the much hated Barbie girls. Their corporate management is just as bad and behind the scenes they all hate each other.
