      Pros

      The pay was good; a lot of the employees could work remotely (position/project-dependent); got exposure to different companies.

      Cons

      Project length with customers not certain (project that was supposed to be 1-2 years ended up being under 3 months); management apparently took advantage of the "at-will" aspect of employment wherein they gave me 1-day notice before letting me go.

      Flexible working arrangements, stable management, variety of customers and projects, multiple locations, great people to work with.

      Cons

      Variety of projects may be a downside if you are looking for more stability. Compensation is competitive for contract engineering firm, but less than a full time employee of the customers served (modest incentives).
