Extremely flexible, good work life balance, work will be provided when available

Cons

Pay is sub par at most but on par for North Dakota. As a consultant you don't always feel like an employee of Applied but instead of the company in which Applied has contracted you too.

Flexible work schedule. Friendly people. Variety of projects.

Cons

No culture. Employees are treated as billable hours. Benefits are below average and the ESOP is a joke. Communication from upper level management on company strategy and vision is non-existent.

Cons

Management not willing to spend money to grow and look seriously at new ventures. Too process and procedure driven.
