      Pros

      - Cake-cutting on your Birthdays. - Somehow it is manageable to deliver work and give happiness to the main office in the USA.

      Cons

      Giving parties to the whole office staff by doing country by ones who have their Birthday on the same month. They are compelled by the MD for every outing and party to collect money.
