Great culture, flexibility needs to improve

The company culture is fun and I believe the owners value the employees. They do a few events throughout the year which are fun for everyone.

Cons

Need to allow more work from home flexibility with a hybrid schedule, will lose good employees if continue current practice.

cult like culture Unsupportive management very dismissive of any issues you have and quick to point the finger at you instead of taking responsibility for their own faults.
