- Some Flexibility with work allowing partially remote - Employees are cool

Cons

A lot! - Management will blame you even when things are out of your control - Management does not take responsibility - Terrible training when you start and throughout the process you have to figure most things out by yourself or have previous experience - You will destroy your car on miles with the territories you cover - Fake Family Culture - Terrible CRM need better applications for sales employees to succeed - Many alcoholics

cult like culture Unsupportive management very dismissive of any issues you have and quick to point the finger at you instead of taking responsibility for their own faults.

The company culture is great with a real effort to relate to and improve the lives of their employees. Very reasonable expectations and great work/ life balance.

Cons

The company is expanding so quickly right now that it's causing some growing pains. The pay balance isn't great at the moment, but management, all the way up to the owner is aware and actively working towards a solution.
