Pros

Precovid culture was great. Flexibility can be good depending on which part of the company you work for. Some good employees but your advancement depends less on how hard of a worker you are and more about who you know or how much you party with others.

Cons

Technology company that doesn’t believe in working from home and also doesn’t use half of their own technology. High priced product but low employee pay compared to similar roles elsewhere. Parties and pizza don’t cut it for employee appreciation. CEO keeps buying new companies while his current employees are drowning in work and living paycheck to paycheck.
