Pros
I joined as a new grad looking for a good opportunity to grow, and I've definitely managed to get and then some. I remember being a bit surprised my first few weeks by the intensity and the pace. I was immediately put in a position of high trust and visibility, relied upon on Day 1 even though I truly new nothing. It was an adjustment, but once I was able to internalize that culture, I've been been continuously empowered to challenge myself and take on bigger and bigger projects where I would not have been able to elsewhere at this point in my career.
I've also been able to grow my career across different axes. Even as a software engineer, I was able to build the muscle of a product manager and dictating the product vision of the team. I would go work directly with our customers, going out to the different offices across the world whenever it was applicable. Those trips have also been some of the most memorable personal experiences I've had as well :')
All in all, it’s been an amazing place to kick off my career. Talking to my friends in tech, I realize that the pace is intense, but the growth, ownership, and exposure you get early on are unmatched. I've been consistently inspired by the people around me to keep improving. I would recommend working here if those aspects sound interesting to you.
Cons
You'll be spending a lot of time working. Imo you get out more than you put in, but you are expected to put in a lot of time as well.
Feedback could be delivered more tactfully and quickly.
Different verticals of the company feel disjointed. I get to know the people immediately around me well, but across the larger org it's more siloed.
