Pros

- Profitable and financially doing really well - People care and work hard - Company grows quickly so every 6 months feel like a different role and challenges that come up - Strong culture - Great benefits (50% 401k match, top tier insurance coverage)

Cons

- Hard work and long hours, 50 hours is standard but higher more managers - Changing priorities based on customer needs, could cause thrash and sometimes unreasonable deadlines - Lower cash compensation, higher equity compensation, but not a public company so not 100% liquid, only 25% liquid every ~year or so because of tender offers (possible because of strong financial strength)

Pros

Strong business outlook Company and leadership are focused on building a successful company Lots of personal and professional growth opportunities A good place for ambitious people Leadership is generally transparent

Cons

You should join this company if you plan on prioritizing work; not a job where you can chill Teams tend to run lean, they work pretty hard Growing pains are real e.g. parking is still catching up to the growing team (it's a good problem to have but can still be annoying)

Pros

Interesting tech - The technical domains are interesting to engineers; both on the autonomy and the simulation side. Not your normal SAAS/software company; feel like they’re working on more challenging and interesting engineering problems. Smart & ambitious people - They hire many sharp overachievers which creates a pretty fast paced environment (also see cons). Good opportunity for career growth and taking on responsibilities - Company is growing so quickly, I’ve seen new hires quickly take on responsibilities and rise up to leadership roles.

Cons

It’s a bit of a grind. Hours are long and the learning curve can be steep; especially if you’re new to autonomy or simulation. The pace is pretty fast so if you don’t have time or inclination to keep up with the overachievers it can be a lot of work. Still feels bit like a startup figuring out the right way to address employee feedback and happiness.
