Pros

- Smart coworkers who are enjoyable to be around - Plenty of interesting problems to work on - Crazy growth opportunities if you're a new grad hire - The kool aid is kinda worth drinking ngl - The CEO has crazy aura and will likely be one of those famous meme CEOs like Elon/Palmer Luckey/Alex Karp etc. within another ten years (which is good for your equity nowadays I guess).

Cons

- Too much uninteresting work at times - Leadership tends to chase butterflies a lot, from the frontlines it feels like there's zero commitment to a clear long-lasting vision over a 1+ year time range - Many teams are really in KTLO mode due to the above but won't be up front about it during interviewing - Dual-use might be a turn-off if you don't wanna work at a company that's building killer drones / etc

Pros

I've worked here for several years. It's a good place to work... the company is focused on building great products, and solving real problems for customers in the automotive space. Often times this means working dynamically with our customers. I think a lot of negative reviews miss the point of this... and how it grows the business. - Culture allows employees to take a lot of ownership of their work. It's easy to advance your career here, but you need to advocate for yourself of course. - Generally a meritocratic culture... people work hard, and if the output and results are there, the company rewards them. - Very customer centric culture... the company is grounded in customer outcomes. - Founders are balanced.

Cons

- Cash compensation could be improved, especially as the company has grown. They are working on this.
