Pros

Efficiency is key and hard work is great. You get as much as you put in. If you see it as just work then that is all it will be.

Cons

If you're looking for wlb then yes it isn't as great. But if you truly prioritize something then you will make it happen.

Pros

Learned an immense amount here, from core engineering to working with customers to seeing how a profitable, high growth business is run. The people are amazing - made a lot of great friends along the way. The company has done exceptionally well.

Cons

It is hard work and at times it can be tough. There are highs and lows.

Pros

They've got some cool products that can make any tech enthusiast excited to be a part of the team. It’s like joining a fast-paced marathon that's both thrilling and challenging. And if you're fresh out of school, this place might seem like a gold mine of learning opportunities where you can grow your skills.

Cons

There’s a shadow over the workplace culture here, and it's pretty toxic. It feels like the senior managers don't really see us as people, but more like work machines. They talk a big game about caring for our career growth, but at the end of the day, it feels like they couldn't care less. And I fell for the recruiter’s pitch, hook, line, and sinker. Benefits and raises are like myths here; they're talked about but never really seen. And if you ever decide to leave, brace yourself for some wild stories they'll make up about why you're going. I've even heard them straight-up lying about why someone left, which is just low. The products we work on are constantly on fire because of the rush to push them out, which isn’t doing anyone any favors. If you try to speak up about any of this. Suddenly, you're the troublemaker who can't be managed. Just like other reviews you might have seen on Glassdoor, take them seriously and think hard before you decide to join. I was in your shoes, won over by their sales pitch about how great this company is. But once you're in, the reality hits you. You're stuck working 50 to 60 hours a week, which not only makes it super hard to think about leaving but also leaves you with no time or energy to nail interviews at other companies. It feels like you're trapped.
