Strong history, weak present-day execution.

Pros

Position allows for flexible hours. Nice people on the lower-levels of the food chain. As a contractor, pay is decent.

Cons

Business Units don't communicate well, if at all, with each other. No understanding how outsourcing affects morale of domestic employees. Many outsourced employees have little-to-no command of English language...hard to coordinate.

Pros

Some decent benfits remain, better than unemployment, immediate co-workers hard-working, large company "security"

Cons

Time off cut, No raises in over 4 years, no bonuses in four years, can't pay the mortgage with stock awards, upper management clueless, America workers are slowly being phased out....

Pros

Very flexible atmosphere where the employee is empowered to make decisions and be self sufficient. Strong training resources available and good mentorship programs.

Cons

There are some large bureaucracies within the company and some actions take an extremely long time to get accomplished. They could do a better job in communicating some employee senstive messages.
