Pros

Company vision to reduce the cost of healthcare. Great training to prepare you for the field. Great entry job to get into devices.

Cons

Current two VPs have taken it as far as they are capable of. There is a lot of OVER promising and UNDER delivering. There seemed to be no appreciation of the employees that helped achieve great market share in a competitive market with "me too products". Promoting process is NOT consistent between the two divisions. One VP does it one way, and the other does it his way! It is time for them to step aside and let someone else that truly embrace Said's mission take over. Those persons should come from outside the company.

Good place to be. Great place with some easy changes in leadership and direction.

Flexible organization. Some very good people to work with. Can win on technology and price. Ability to put pressure on competition to lower ASP.

Cons

Inability to react to mounting competitive pressure with limited product offering. Needs an infusion of leadership within Sr. Mgmt. Poor history of paying sales force so attrition is very high.
