Awesome company, fantastic culture, clinically superior products, concern for cost of healthcare and a business plan to reduce it.

Cons

There are not cons that I can think of. Maybe a company car would help with managers and reps, instead of allowance.

Friendly and relaxed environment, family style atmosphere, real work, good intern pay with a large year-end bonus even if you just work as an intern for a couple of months.

Cons

Often monotonous, but I was also in the legal department.
