You are isolated to the company culture and management style Not much of interaction with outside of the organization to provide expert training in areas that the company can benefit from Some people get promoted to high levels but not really qualified to be in those roles

The company is growing quite fast so theres a lot of upward movement. Nice location and field.

Cons

Low pay and they seem to play favoritism there. Also, the politics in this company is quite convoluted. It's hard to know when they'll let you go.
