      Pros

      It is great for someone right out of school. They run a really good internship program.

      Cons

      The interns were making more than some of the new hires in professional positions. I was there 18 months and didn't get a raise, even after two promotions and a good review. I guess this is normal to wait 24 months. Took a lower pay for a promise which was not fulfilled. Some managers are great, the others TERRIBLE. When I was there, a class action lawsuit started regarding pay. Managers give preferential treatment for "favors"

      Pros

      - learn engineering basics - all manufacturing is on-site - good stepping stone

      Cons

      - family owned, cannot rise unless related - low wages - majority are fresh college grads - do not stay longer than 2 years - lay off engineers if you stay longer than 3 years. I switched companies before I hit my 3 year mark. - lay off talented upper management without a warrented reason

      Pros

      Big bag with many specialties to on. Products are clinically equivalent to the competition. Good coverage on GPOs.

      Cons

      Worst compensation plan in the industry. Company grossly exaggerates compensation. Benefits are expensive and below average especially for medical company. Car allowance is low. Comp plan quota bonus is capped at 103%. Negative growth payback at higher percentage than growth payout.
