Just Don't. There is a reason they have such high turnover.
Pros
Competitively priced quality products with a generally good reputation clinically. High standard of product training for new recruits with a high level of accountability required for employees to maintain their product knowledge. A growing commitment to education and clinical support for customers.
Cons
This place is an absolute shambles and it's such a pity because they have so much potential with their portfolio. They have some wonderful people working there (particularly in education) whom they continually fail to recognise, and the wrong people seem to somehow continue to survive. Management lack the skills and experience required and are literally just self serving slave drivers only interested in their own agenda. Absolutely no care or encouragement for their staff, no development, no recognition, no professionalism, zero work/life balance, stifling micromanagement, petty political behaviours, awful staff morale, no tenure/retention and this is purely due to the terrible management that renders your role intolerable. Incredibly tight, won't renumerate top performers accordingly. Excuses, excuses. Don't even want to cover basic/standard work expenses, expect the employee to pay out of their own pocket. Consistently lowball their employees. Critical and never constructive with their feedback, overbearing negativity. They don't encourage employees to have a voice, and will oppress those who do. Management will blame everyone else over taking some accountability for their own shortcomings and would rather point the finger than look within.
