High staff turn over. You find out from current employees that they are reluctant to expose new recruits about company culture. After few days you find out even new recruits are leaving. As a company trying to build a solid team in the UK for last 7 years. If you check ex employee profiles they have not lasted for more than 1 year. Unless your best friends with mgt don’t expect climbing the ladder. Check previous reviews on glassdoor.
