      Growing Company, Poor Pay

      Pros

      The company is growing in numerous areas. Lots of opportunities for someone out of college. Good place to learn different manufacturing methods to use later in your career.

      Cons

      Favoritism runs rampant here (as does nepotism). If you don't buy into the "Applied" way, then don't expect much advancement. The salary is disappointing. A lot of the top talent leaves to do the same jobs elsewhere for better pay and benefits, including those that bought into the "Applied" way.

      Well known although its for cheap products

      Cons

      Management takes no responsibility for anything that goes wrong in the territory. They hang the territory managers out in the wind to consistently save their own job.

      Mission driven culture, hardworking, friendly, intelligent peers. Everyone at the company truly wants to be there and contribute to its success.

      Cons

      None that I can think of come to mind. Great place to be!
