      Sometimes you're given opportunity to be innovative depending on manger's mood.

      Cons

      Mangers are mismatched in their positions. Depending if you're a favorite you can get far even if you're clueless like your manager. If you know your job and profession well, they won't value you unless your a "yes" person.
