      Great place to gain experience in the manufacture of medical devices (please don't call them widgets - you'll get a frowny face from Said)

      Cons

      Ridiculous expectations for project completions - massive amounts of paperwork. Some products released on market too soon or designed by young inexperienced engineers. Wasted time trying "fix" products that were not engineered correctly to begin with. Too much "pencil whipping" justifications for product that obviously has issues.

      -Laid back company culture -They invest in your training and allow you to travel often -Overall, all team members are friendly and willing to teach

      Cons

      The company is run by family members so you have to tip toe and be cautious of truly speaking your mind about the company and products. Also, the turnover rate is pretty high because the salaries are not competitive.
