Great management, good commission structure

Cons

Can be very long hours, many chains of management and miscommunication of who is in charge, no health insurance and other benefits that come with other medical device roles

The collegues are very nice and friendly. good salary.

Cons

No strategy, vision and planning by management. A lot of ad hoc basis work no support at all from upper management. No room for own initiative and ideas. Career oppertunities are based on nepotism and no attention for personall skills. No flexibility on flexibel working hours and not a lot of holiday days.
