      Pros

      It's a good first job out of college - lots of good experience and responsibility Lots of work, never get bored Open door policy of management Company is growing rapidly Friendly employees Everything is done in-house, so you get to see the entire process of medical device manufacturing.

      Cons

      LOW pay - Not many people stay after a few years due to the pay 401k is pretty bad Expected to work overtime (without pay) High turnover rate Lots of work, but not much challenging work

      good first medical sales job to get you "foot in the door" in operating room sales

      Cons

      mediocre benefits, extreme amount of nepotism and favoritism in company from the top and on down. white, male dominated-little diversity in the field. Most serious problem : their pay is sub-par to the their competitors. Paid 20-30% less than JNJ Ethicon Endo-Surgery and Covidien
