      Reasonable products made in the USA.

      Cult-like leadership. Poor pay and reputation in the industry. Training was pathetic.

      I have been in the industry for over 20 years. I have never seen anything like this place before. Horrible culture! Owned and operated by family. Unless you are related or friends of the family, You have no future. The manufacturing floor is like a sweat shop, most assemblers do not speak English! This place is more like an engineering firm rather than a commercial facility. If you come from a compliance background they will push you out because they do not want to be questioned on their practices.
